Refund Policy

LORE believes in earning your trust — not locking you in. Our refund policy is simple, fair, and designed to remove any risk from your decision.

1. Founding Access ($5.99 Pre-Launch)

Full refund if LORE doesn't launch by June 30, 2026. If we fail to ship a functional version of the app by this date, every founding member receives an automatic, full refund. No questions asked.

Refund at any time before launch. Changed your mind? Reach out to us through the app and we'll process your $5.99 refund within 5 business days. No reason needed.

After launch. Once the app launches and your 1-year Pro access is activated, the $5.99 founding payment is non-refundable — you've already received your founding member benefits. However, you can cancel your Pro access at any time and it will not renew.

2. Annual Plan ($39.99/year)

Annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. After the trial, your subscription is managed through Apple's App Store. Refunds for annual plans are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

3. Monthly Plan ($6.99/month)

Monthly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime — your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Founding access: Reach out to us through the app with your purchase email
  • App Store subscriptions: Manage through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or contact Apple Support

5. Our Commitment

We'd rather give you your money back than have an unhappy user. If you feel LORE isn't delivering on its promise, reach out. We'll make it right.
